Someone at the National Weather Service clearly had the Washington budget showdown in mind in writing this weather forecast, which includes a not-so-hidden message (here highlighted in a red box).
I was alerted through my Pace University colleague John Cronin, but others have picked up on it, as well. (It appears that my friends at the Capital Weather Gang blog got the scoop.)
